Male 32 diagnosed with molluscum contagiosum

initially noticed 3 white dots on either side genital. This was almost 2 months back. when I recently trimmed noticed it had spread on both sides of genital and shaft a few very small white dots.

Consulted with doctor online who confirmed it as molluscum contagiosum and asked to get the current removed from dermatologist.

The dermatologist applied TAC on the white dots and has told to asbtinate from sexual activity for 2 weeks.

would all the white dots disappear after 2 weeks ?

if any more white dots reappear should I wait for two weeks ?

The dermatologist mentioned that TAC will remove 90%.
