Im crying I cant put my ball back

I had hook like for 2 years and somehow mamaged to break it and when I went to piercing shop or maker idk he puted an ball hook instead yk what I mean but it was way too lose. And guess whos at collage way far away from there and cant out my ball back alone. No I dont have tape, it been 2 hourd I cuted my nails and stuff just to put it back yet here I still cant. What do I do.
