How to know what you have

I watched and read a few things about psychics and im wondering something is there a way to know at which part your the best at . I know there are many clairs as an example clairvoyance clairsentience etc i also read thst there are some things that you need to be born with if you didn then you cant have those things. Is there a definite way to determinate at which clair your best and worse at and if you are born with this or that , or do you learn this by meditating energy work astral projection etc.
