Unable to click anything but game keeps moving

Hi guys I've just updated my game (finally) and have also updated what I believe is all my mods

However I get about 30 seconds into my save and then I'm unable to click anything or keyboard buttons. The game then freezes. This does not happen with mods removed.

Anyone have this problem as well or know what's going on?
