Warner Bros Tour Now?

I know Holidays Made Here was Gilmore Girls specific and I sadly couldn’t go, but considering doing the traditional studio tour now instead as is. What parts of Stars Hollow (if any) are still a part of the tour year round?

Also - does the WB gift shop sell Gilmore Girls merch year round?
