What’s the best company you’ve worked for so far and why?

We have 1 million posts where we call out bad positions because there are so many bad positions and bad companies in this field unfortunately. But I want to hear about some good options or just good experiences really.

I’ll start. I worked for about three years at my states Department of disability as a supervisor. The commute was ideal. I loved learning to supervise people and I loved my team and the work wasn’t ridiculously hard. I left ultimately because it isn’t a fully remote role and I have a sick parent who requires pretty consistent care and so I needed more flexibility, but the position was great.
