Has anyone else played with the Dead End save by Florwal Sims? Two of the premade lots lead to infinite loading.

I have every pack, i have every required mod, I have everything in a folder only one subfolder deep. I know it's from about 2023 so I figure maybe something is just glitched on there but I'm not sure what else i can do besides avoid those two lots. It's sad cause they look interesting and I'm afraid I'll miss information or interactions there. Is there something I'm overlooking to see if I can fix this?
