I see that medication protocols seem to make a huge difference with some getting more eggs round 2. What parameters inform med types/dose, or were those people just unlucky with their doctors?

I am educating myself before consult (medical tourism) and am a little anxious to try and get a good number the first round (like everyone else). Id like to learn more so I am involved in making sure I don’t get prescribed an ill-fitting protocol.

I am 35 and my AMH is 4.9 ng/ml.
