Recreation & Health Education vs Kinesiology – Career Outcomes?

Hi everyone,

I’m choosing between:

• Recreation & Health Education (UVic)
• Kinesiology (Brock)

Trying to understand realistic career outcomes.

Questions:

• Which degree has stronger job prospects?
• Salary / stability differences?
• Does RHE limit options compared to Kin?
• Any career regrets with these degrees?

Would appreciate honest real-world perspectives.

Thanks!
