Hello I’m a single parent with my 4 year old however I’m next on the waiting list for a 2 bedroom my rent right now is cheap for a studio and income is a little bit from CalWorks but I don’t work I get a doctors signature to not work and I applied for SSI but it’s under reconsideration so I’m waiting for that but the 2 bedroom apartment rent is a little more pricey and the down payment the same to move in as well to hold the apartment down so I haven’t saved money yet so it’s complicated so should I just stay where I am at I just hate where I live it’s ghetto and the 2 bedroom would benefit would have more room for me and my son but I feel like if I move over there I can loose my place but in a way that I won’t pay rent which I will but in a way that I can loose my benefits or something happens idk should I just stay where I am at or go when I’m next on the list best bet is I win my SSI and get called for the apartment Lol but yeah I hope I’m doing the right thing of staying where Am I’m at till they call me but if it’s ment to be it’s ment to be I’ll take it but it will be a risk if I take it but at the same time I just wanna would stay where I’m at
