What are comedy caper films in the city you like watching?

Yes I know I have asked about heist films here before as basically I was just looking to see how common caper films with comedic aspects were that took place directly in the city.

I mean, I was inspired to write about this subject because of Man on a Ledge because for those who aren't familiar with the movie, it was an unintentionally comedic caper movie set in NYC as the movie got me interested in seeing if there were actually ones with legitimately good writing, and again comedic aspects.
