xp-pen wireless mouse/windows 11/who knows? issue

I keep having this very specific issue where for whatever reason, seemingly out of nowhere, my wireless mouse and my xp-pen tablet have an issue and I can no longer click anything or open any menus/windows. I've tried updating the drivers, I've tried disconnecting and reconnecting the wireless mouse dongle, updating Windows (I have Windows 11) and so far the only thing that works is a hard reset because it won't let me CTL+ALT+DEL shutdown or right-click shutdown, either. I really want to keep using this tablet that was gifted to me, but this problem is driving me nuts T_T
