Personality of the City Hunter

Is it just me or is the Yautja we meet in Predator 2 a lot more vicious than the the others in the series? He behaves like a serial killer lmao. Well, he spares children and pregnant women so there are moments of restraint. But he doesn't seem overly interested in "hunting" as much as just absolutely massacres. This dude is the worst of all these dudes. Dek's dad also sucks.
