Spam call that ends with “now I’m coming for you”

Is this a scam?

I received a spam call today from a number that showed up as Savannah, GA and AT&T claims is a legitimate number (could be spoofed of course).

I don’t answer numbers I don’t recognize so it went to voicemail. The voicemail transcript is as follows and the voice is a likely recorded male voice that sounds like something you’d hear on the phone in a horror slasher film:

“Hello [my name]. Happy Valentine’s Day. Roses are red, violets are blue. You treated love like a little game and now I’m coming for you.”

A few seconds pass then in a normal sounding female voice says:

“Press 9 to stop future calls.”

Whenever I’ve received a scam/spam voicemail and search the transcript online, I’ll typically find something that reassures me this is a common scam. However, I cannot find anything like this. With the creepy voice and vague threatening nature it’s kind of freaking me out.

I also don’t know what the potential scam could be but who knows. Thoughts on this or anything I can do?
