Tripping and falling

When perceived as a man: a group of people laughs at me, one time one guy who sees it catches up later to say sorry and that it was rude of them to make fun of me.

After my transition: two guys stop their car on the side of the road and run 50+ ft to try to save me while I am already getting up just fine.

I have a bad ankle that acts up at random so I have a fairly good sample size for this situation, and the difference is consistent. Idk what to make of it since I don't really like strange guys running up to me or touching me without permission.
