Circular Yoke Short Rows

pattern question

Hello! This sub has been so helpful before. I am working on the Meadowbound Hare sweater, which is my first circular yoke sweater. I am have a question about the short row section. At this point, there are 132 stitches on the needles. I am making size 3, for reference. The short rows are as follows:

ROW 1 (right side): k 54 (60, 66, 72, 78, 84, 90, 96, 102, 108), turn
ROW 2 (wrong side): p 81 (90, 99, 108, 117, 126, 135, 144, 153, 162), turn

ROW 3 (right side): k 76 (85, 94, 103, 112, 121, 130, 139, 148, 157), turn

ROW 4 (wrong side): p 71 (80, 89, 98, 107, 116, 125, 134, 143, 152), turn

ROW 5 (right side): k 66 (75, 84, 93, 102, 111, 120, 129, 138, 147), turn

ROW 6 (wrong side): p 61 (70, 79, 88, 97, 106, 115, 124, 133, 142), turn

My question is: with these numbers, it doesn't seem like the Start/End of Row is going to be the center back of the garment. I tried to draw it out, and it also comes out lopsided. Should this cause concern? Is this normal with a circular yoke construction? Thanks!
