Trying to re-find mod that adds eye particles?

Don't have an image since it's been a hot minute since I last used the mod I vaguely remember. Looking for a certain mod that adds white particle eyes in darkness that blink, and disappear if you get close.

I thought it was Visuality at first but that wasn't it.
