Silent hill devs could make their games way scarier if they really wanted too

I’m not saying the games aren’t scary they’re definitely are,but I feel like there to passive ya know, like getting chased by a monster is rare, am I tripping for feeling this way, like pt was so scary and that mf ghost was always there.
