I need tips on how to improve by a low NSFW AI Image Generation prompts

I want to improve my output, more often than now character looks are mixed in the same image, characters roles are reversed, or what I write in the prompt does not happen at all and is interpreted differently.

Below a copy and pasted example from a recent prompt, I only removed the prompts for the action and stuff, rest is same:
