Something was trying to communicate with me..

Well, this happened to me during the 2020 COVID lockdown, when I felt that someone was trying to communicate with me.

First, for context: I used to live with my mother in a building where one of the flats was considered haunted. The building had three floors (we lived on the ground floor), with four flats at each corner and an empty space in the center. The flat exactly diagonally opposite ours was the one that was said to be haunted.

Now, coming to the main story. It was 7th October 2020. I was playing games on my cellphone while my mother was watching TV. Everything was perfectly normal. I got up, looked at the clock — it was 11:35 PM — and went toward the washroom. But the moment I opened my door, I heard something very peculiar (something I can’t really explain). It was like a noise, but also… nothing at the same time. I ignored it and went to the washroom.

It had barely been 30 seconds when suddenly my neighbor from next door started screaming. Everyone rushed out of their homes. The lady was extremely terrified. She said that while she was cleaning her room, she saw a figure appear in one corner, staring at her… and then it just vanished.

She had just shifted into that flat, so she wasn’t aware of any of these things.

But that’s not all. If things had ended there, everything would have been fine. But no. Exactly seven days later, while I was working on something, I suddenly heard that same peculiar noise. Instantly, I looked at the clock. It was exactly 11:35 PM again. Everything was almost the same.

I ran toward my door, and this time I heard another neighbor scream. He came running out, and everyone gathered again. He said that he saw someone standing near his bedroom door. As soon as he stood up, it came running toward the main door and vanished into thin air.

After that, nothing else happened for as long as we lived there (about another year). What it was, and why it was doing those things, remains unclear. But I do know one thing — it felt like it was trying to say something.
