Supplemental Claim Timeline

Hi Everyone I just wanted to give you all my timeline for my Supplemental Claim for an increase on PTSD with CCK

Dec 10, 2024 – Originally awarded service connection for PTSD

Jan 30, 2025 – Intent to File submitted

Mar 3, 2025 - Contacted CCK about my case

Mar 6, 2025 - Received notification from CCK that I have been accepted

Mar 17, 2025 - C-File Requested by CCK

April 1, 2025 - CCK received my C-File

Dec 10, 2025 – Supplemental Claim for PTSD increase submitted by CCK Law

Jan 09, 2026 - C&P Scheduled

Jan 13, 2026 – C&P completed

Jan 16, 2026 - Submitted Hospital Records to the VA

Jan 20, 2026 - LSGS submitted C&P exam results to the VA

Feb 5, 2026 - Had a quick call with VERA to inform them the hospital records are indeed the correct ones because calling the main line multiple times did nothing for me. The kind VERA agent flipped my docs and showed them as received hopefully I hear something soon he said I show see something in the coming days lets hope 🤞

Feb 11, 2026 - Decision received it was favorable.

Feb 14, 2026 - Backpay Received (Attorney Fee was already taken out)

Note: My backpay was granted from the date i submitted my intent to File.
