You've heard of golden birthdays. Now get ready for Platinum Birthdays™

Everyone knows that your golden birthday is when the age that you're turning matches the day that you were born (i.e. born on Feb 14? = Your 14th birthday is your golden birthday).

The Platinum Birthday™ works almost exactly the same way; only instead of the *day* you were born, it's when your age matches the last 2 digits of the *year* you were born.

Born in 1984? Your 84th birthday will be your Platinum Birthday™.

If you were born in 1963, you will be celebrating your Platinum Birthday™ this year.

If you were born in the '90s, your Platinum Birthday™ won't be happening for a *very* long time.

If you were born in 2000, you were technically born *on* your Platinum Birthday™.
