At-Large TOC?

So recently I received a TOC bid in Congress and I’m super proud because there’s not many in my area. Earlier this year I went to another TOC tournament and was one spot away from a bid. My question is what are the odds of an at-large bid being accepted, or should I do their online series first instead of worrying about at-large bidding?
