Probably a dumb question but I'm newish to Fallout76

Is there anyway to create a copy / backup of my main character save file? I do know that the save file is stored on Bethesda's servers since its an online only game and I've seen people explain how to do if if you use Bethesda's launcher but I purchased it on steam so can I still create a backup or am I screwed since I bought it from steam instead of Bethesda's website? any info is greatly appreciated thanks in advance :)
