AITA for being not being attracted to the person I’m talking to?

For context, I 19F met a guy 21M online through a nerdy subreddit and we began talking. We both have similar interests and talk consistently. I really enjoy talking to him, but today we finally reveled what we both look like. This isn’t me being harsh on myself, but I’m not attractive and I’ve accepted that. I’m far from being anyone’s type. The people I’ve dated before weren’t very attractive either and I feel as if that’s the only option I have. He isn’t my type either and it just really hurts that I feel like running away. I feel such guilt. I know not everyone will be your exact type but I can’t help feeling this way. It’s like any sort of potential romance that was forming has disappeared from my heart. This was the same with my last relationships, I get drawn in by their interests but then I stop feeling things for them. I still enjoy being his friend, so I don’t want that to end but I feel like an asshole leading him on.

Am I being too picky and should just deal with it?
