How are shedding symptoms via intimacy different from an STD?

Some people here sharing their experiences make me wonder if it's Herpes etc that are being passed on. Wondering if it's spike proteins passed on, mRNA etc.

Dr Peter McCollough says mRNA can be stuck in the Lymph nodes, so it could make sense that it's escaping through fluids
