Morphagene Squealing Noise

Just got a Morphagene brand new, it's making an insane amount of noise. I'm aware that the unit is supposed to emit some acoustic high-pitched sound, but this is all in the audio path.

I'm finding that I constantly have a high pitched whining sound mixed in with some white noise that gets worse after recording something to it. So far I've tried

-3 different audio interfaces

-New cables

-New case

-New power supply

-Different circuit in my house

-Disconnecting all other modules

-Monitoring directly off the Morph

-Reformatting the SD card

-Getting a new SD card

-Updated firmware

My current rig is very simple, wood DIY case, TipTop ZRails, Morphagene, Pam's Pro Workout, Behringer CU1A, TipTop uZeus. (Before you say it, I've ruled out the Behringer as a culprit)

I'm lost at this point, can't seem to find similar experiences online. Do I have a bad unit here or am I missing something obvious? TYIA!
