Is there a reason that all jobs that don’t really require experience and/or formal training/education are taken by

I’m not the one to get started but why aren’t big companies or literally any entry level job that’s retail and or fast food have any employees beyond south asian (Indian), is this favouritism hiring for a specific race? I can say this because I’m Pakistani who grew up here and educated here at a top university. I just wanted a job for the summer or time being at least. I’ve heard mixed things but it’s honestly outrageous in my opinion. Is there a wage gap that internationals are prone to for taking a low wage? Or is this just speculation. I also heard work visas expiring for millions maybe this might help free up jobs for Pr and Citizens
