Was this wrong decision?

Did Amy deserved to die ?

Today I saw short about Amy explaining why she killed, that the reason was to save her son. I think it was understandable situation and I would not kill her just for that, I would do the same if I was in her position, either save my son and kill someone I don't know and don't care about or let my child die, no parent would let their child die. I hated dean for what he did, yes she might kill again if her son would get sick again but she wouldn't go on killing spree like monsters who kill for fun of personal revenge. Also I read a few comments absolutely hating on Amy, that she is selfish and disgusting and that humans are apex and if someone can save their child but the only way is to kill human being then the child should rot. I was a bit speechless, monsters and humans are the same, the only thing that make difference are choices they make, monster can be good, human can be monsters. So I find those comments ridiculous, there is also difference between killing for survival and defend and killing for fun or revenge. Also where is a line where you are already unredeemable? Like Lucifer, Asmodeus, chuck and Gordon are beyond saving, they deserve to be killed but someone like Amy who did slipped with understandable reason and also shows she didn't want to do it plus she showed she is able to live without harming anyone. So did she deserved that live?
