Building a mini lab and looking for suggestions.

So I may have overdone it. I started looking at home assistant and went down a rabbit hole. I got a really good deal on a mini pc with a intel core ultra 9 285h, 32gb ddr5 and a 2tb hard drive. I installed proxmox and HA. Then I added frigate. Fast forward now I have two mini pcs with those specs and a nuc 10 with i5 and 32gb ddr4 on the way. I am going to make a mini lab with these three computers and my Asustor as5404t NAS. I am looking for some suggestions on different things you all like running. Also is mixing two ultra 9 285h processors with a 10th Gen i5 ok? I also want to order a 2.5gb switch for it and would love some recommendations.
