Best way to TNR ~10 cats without making them trap-shy?

Hi all,

I have about 10 cats that come to my yard daily, but they don’t all show up at the same time. They come at random points throughout the day until I put the food away.

I’m planning to start TNR and can probably handle trapping 3–4 at a time. Is it better to try to do multiple in the same week, or space them out?

Also, one of the cats might already have a tipped ear, but I’m not 100% sure. Since they show up randomly, trapping would basically be first come, first served at this point.

What’s the most effective way to approach this without making the others scared? Please share your experience if any
