Gaming Laptop for under 1000€ in France ?
- Total budget (in local currency) and country of purchase. Please do not use USD unless purchasing in the US: preferably 800€ but up to 1000 if the deal is real good. France.
- Are you open to refurbs/used? Yes
- How would you prioritize form factor (ultrabook, 2-in-1, etc.), build quality, performance, and battery life? Performance, build quality. Form and Battery life don't matter.
- How important is weight and thinness to you? Unimportant
- Do you have a preferred screen size? If indifferent, put N/A. N/A
- Are you doing any CAD/video editing/photo editing/gaming? List which programs/games you desire to run. Gaming and 3D game dev (Blender + Godot). Emulation of nintendo switch games via Yuzu (games like MHGU or BoTW ( i bought them )) would be nice too
- If you're gaming, do you have certain games you want to play? At what settings and FPS do you want? Recent AAA (KCD2, Mafia 4, Doom Dark Ages) stable at 60 fps at high settings (no ultra, no ray-tracing or other fancy stuff).
- Any specific requirements such as good keyboard, reliable build quality, touch-screen, finger-print reader, optical drive or good input devices (keyboard/touchpad)? A backlighted keyboard is required. A numpad and 3 USB ports (with at least one 3.0) would be nice
- Leave any finishing thoughts here that you may feel are necessary and beneficial to the discussion. None, i'm open to questions though
