Can I get points for past cruises? help

For context: My husband and I just booked a cruise for October, and this will be my 4th cruise with Carnival.

I opened my app to connect the cruise and I realize that it says I am Blue status and that I have never taken a cruise before.

I took 2 with my parents while I was underage and then I took 1 with my husband in 2023. I tried to connect that cruise to my account and it won’t let me/save the cruise.

Is there any way I can connect all 3 cruises to my account? Maybe see if my parents can find my old number? Should I call customer service?
