55V6C stopped working after setting up 1st time

Bought a TCL 55V6C from Amazon.de in Luxembourg. After setting up google tv, i turned it off via remote. After few hours, the white light is gone and tv is not starting again. Tried changing ports, draining charge by holding power button for 30/60s, but still not turning on now.

Can not get product support on a non german number. Even TCL has no support in Luxembourg. But amazon has accepted replacement, but I have to self ship, which is again not that easy.

Looking for suggestions on possible troubleshooting steps.
