Another Effective Date Question

I'm trying to understand this effective date. I had a 0 rating for IBS, effective 6/6/2025. On a supplemental claim, I got an increase to 20%, effective 12/23/2025. I put in a supplemental claim with new evidence for an increase. All the evidence was submitted to the VA 1/26/2026. Nothing more went in. They ordered an ACE exam for records review. The claim was granted for 30%, but the effective date was made on 2/8/2026, the date of the ACE. They had all the evidence since 1/26/2026. Doesn't it seem that should be the effective date (at least), or maybe even 12/23/2025? Would/should it make any difference that the 30% final rating put me to 100%?
