E3 DHIL (for future E6 haver) or E1 Sparkle?

As the title says. Curren team: E2S1 DHIL E0S1 Sparkle E1S1 Sunday E2S1 DHPT

E3 DHIL will help me to obtain in E6 in future without spending pulls, but E1 Sparkle is also temping. I am not able to fully evaluate the improvement that E1 Sparkle can provide. Thank you for sharing your opinions.
