Why can't I do Crush?

So Nawuk or whatever the heck her name is won't spawn outside Hometree. I have turned off the PS5 multiple times, nothing. I am only at the Lodge which shouldn't be a lockout point because the big one is Victory Celebration. Why doesn't she spawn?
