Bathroom/Shower Remodel

looking for a bathroom shower remodel contractor for help converting my old '90s tub insert to a step-in shower. not looking to change anything else just the wet area. so far I got two quotes from yankie home and vista those were identical and came in at ~~$24k. this seems really high to me. I have a couple other quotes coming but am curious as to what y'all have to suggest. I did contact Bennett since I've seen their name come up here a lot but I have a feeling they're going to be close to the $24K number.
