I lost it all

A year ago I lost my roblox account, 3000+ robux spent, hours spent, and one day, the recovery email just changed. i put my password ( which was still correct ) then when it asked 2 step verification, i would put in my my email, and would never get the code, i contacted support several times but nothing happened. i never clicked sketchy links. ever. i made a new account recently, but ive lost all my interest, after this terrible event.
