Screen time inaccurate

So I set up my kids account for the first time today and ask for a screen time limit of 30 minute limit each day.

But when she logged in today it keeps telling her she's already met her screen time but when I look and to her account on my account so she's only had 9 minutes.

We deleted the app from her tablet I updated it to no limits of screen time on my parental account for her.

How can we get it to update?
