What is the quickest way I could learn the basics of Welsh

I have a bet with my science teacher to see if Pashto or Welsh is harder(he’s Welsh) so that I can win what are the best resources I could use and what are some good phrases to learn. I speak Pashto, English and Portuguese so I think I’m experienced enough to take on this task.
