Can a customer remove review if i refund?

Hey guys basically just started my shop and i got a bad review. It was my mistake as im selling a shirt and the customer didnt like how texturized it was it looked too cracked and didnt appear that texturized in the listing. Its my fault for using a bad mockup.

They left a bad review and are willing to remove it if i give them a refund.

My question is if i refund them can they remove their original review or do they need to remove the review first then i refund them?
