No chat

My daughter is new to Roblox

I tried to set up the account so she cannot chat with anyone that we have not made a connection with.

I set that up in the parental controls

She told me that every time she logs in and is playing it keeps asking her to "unlock a chat"

Her account is brand new and we have no connections.

Why is she getting this request?
