Dettol used a frog in their ad but its chemicals are deadly to amphibians

I just saw Dettol feature a frog in one of their ads and it feels really wrong. Dettol contains chemicals like chloroxylenol that are toxic to amphibians. Frogs have very sensitive skin and absorb chemicals from their environment, which can make them sick or even kill them.

Using a frog to sell a product that can literally harm them seems really disrespectful.
