A server that bans most played maps?

You all might know that sometimes majority of people are stuck in same few maps. Which limits innovation and creates a bottleneck that ultimately can exhaust some players that is forced to play same popular maps again and again. I was wondering if there's any server that bans the most played maps from each gamemode? To at least bring some flavor back. Like yeah I know upward or badwater are pretty good maps. I already played 1000 matches in these maps like I wanna have a rotation of different maps. Any server does this?
