Chin and cheek lipo?

Hi! I’ve been wanting to get chin lipo and buccal fat removal as my face is super round and chubby and won’t go away even I lose fat. I’m 5’2 and 56kg. It’s my biggest insecurity!

Has anyone got for cheek lipo instead of buccal fat removal? I wonder how much difference it made? Also what can you eat and can eat after lipo? I’ll be on vacation 😭

Also what are some things you wish you knew but didn’t before doing it?
