Frieren has a canon height now?

I was just looking on the Frieren Fanwiki and noticed that the page now has a height of 150cm tall for Frieren herself, at first I just thought someone added it due to fans speculating her height to be around that mark but it gives a source for the information, the source being "Frieren TV Anime Companion Book Volume 1: The Magic to Understand Frieren & Himmel" released in December last year.

Does anyone have the book and could confirm it to me? I tried searching online for a PDF of it but had no luck at all.
