No interview calls?

I graduated in Sept 2025 from Trinity College Dublin. I have been applying since the end of my first semester for graduate programs and other jobs. I have not received even one interview call till date. I have close to 3 years of exp in the same field yet I am unable to receive any calls. I am genuinely questioning if there is something wrong with my approach. Anyone here with any insight or someone who could refer or even any pointers are much appreciated?
