Store Evolution Pack "Wrongly Described" - Missing Playstyle+ Requirements

Hi everyoned,

I just bought/opened an Evolution Pack. The requirements shown on the pack were:

Max. 93 Pace

Max. 10 Regular Playstyles

Max. 87 Rating

My player fits all of these perfectly. However, I cannot start the Evo because the player has 2 Playstyle+.

The problem: The "Max Playstyle+" limit was not listed in the requirements. Since the Evo was inside a pack, there was no way to "Preview" the player eligibility before opening/buying.

This is a clear case of misleading information. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm contacting EA Support for compensation.

Can someone provide a screenshot for me from the pack cause i cant open it anymore
