My mother who is 62yrs & active is looking to live in Goa for 6-8 months

I’m looking for a flat (independent or part of a house) in a quiet and nice neighbourhood for eg. Siolim, Aldona or such in North Goa for my mother.

Any leads will be great - preferably from owners directly, those who would appreciate a sensitive lady living there and taking care of their place, versus expensive holiday rentals, party groups or tourists who have no regard for locals.
